Abuja -  Miss Yemisi Olowookere, a dietician at the Garki Hospital, Abuja says  consumption of banana is ideal for the maintenance of normal blood pressure and heart function. On Tuesday, Olowookere  in Abuja said bananas is the best source of potassium, an essential mineral for normal blood pressure and heart function.
