Abuja -  President Goodluck Jonathan on Tuesday advised tertiary institutions in the country to access the intervention fund provided by the Federal Government through the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND). The president in a national conference gave the advice in Abuja on Transparency, Accountability and Ethical Values in tertiary institutions for sustainable development. The conference was jointly organised by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), TETFUND and the Office of the Special Adviser to the President on Ethics and Values.
